About the event

Between the Alarms: Self-Care That Fits a 12-Hour Shift

I’m honored to be the keynote speaker for the Greater St. Louis Chapter of AACN’s Emerging Trends in Critical Care Nursing Symposium.

This presentation focuses on realistic self-care for healthcare professionals, especially when long shifts, constant demands, and caring for everyone else leave very little time for themselves.

We’ll explore simple, practical tools that can be used before, during, and after a shift to help manage stress and support overall wellbeing.
